I have been working on this for months now. A little bit every week, as time permits.
It is a Kirby cannon made entirely out of stainless steel. Very heavy :o

Even the control box is out of stainless. Don't worry........all insulated.

Front with 4 knurled quick screw off knobs

The end that hardly ever needs to come off. Just in case of a problem, I made it removable

Should have it up and running by the time Nepas gets his pp 8), or sausage season which ever comes first.

I think you could shoot sausage out of that thing at record speed. That is one tough machine. We need to see some video of that thing running.

Way to go Lumpy. That thing is going to be a wicked. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I remember discussing this whole idea over a couple of beers. While we was in NE Pennsylvania
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Lumpy,
That is one sweet tool!!  Nice job!  When are you "field testing" it?  You know that if you send it to Rick, he will really put it through it's paces.
