Thinking that for this years festivities we should make the arrival time 3pm instead of the 1pm we used last year. I don't want everyone hanging out in the heat anymore than we have too. Although we will have plenty of shade to get under.

Then again I just looked at the weather forecast. If they are right it should be a really nice day to sit and converse!!
This will probably change but here's what it looks like for now.

If you want to come up on the bike and hang out that will be fine. Will be getting a few things started late Fri night and just relaxing. The stress doesn't start till Sat morning. Squirt usually has my back to keep me on my toes and my nose to the grindstone

I got the kids covered. I work in the plant that makes Fruit Roll-Ups and Fruit Shapes and I'm not afraid to use them!

Not really a list of activities per se. The Smoke Out should get going around 2:30-3ish. Basically a Smoke Out is a Meet and Greet. A place to come have some good food and meet some of the folks you talk to here on the forum and be able to put a face to a name.Maybe have a drink or two. It takes about 10 minutes to figure out who is "Seemore" and who is "Bam1". After that it is just hanging out with some old friends. Just that you talk with them over a computer instead of a phone. Hope that makes sense.
