Hello all! Have thoroughly enjoyed reading the posts. I've learned a ton already. One quick question, has anyone smoked pre-cut "country style" ribs? I tried finding a thread but had no luck. Was wondering the best way to attack them. I remember as a kid my dad smoking them and they were heaven on earth.

Can't believe I spent 42 years of my life without a Bradley smoker. Thx again for the great info folks!

Welcome aboard.  Never smoked them. I like to grill them.

Hi Av8in;

Welcome to the forum.

For me it is hard to give advice on how to smoke/roast country style ribs, because many supermarkets use that term loosely to describe anything from butts to center cut pork loin that is cut in strips. True country ribs are cut from the loin where it attaches to the shoulder, it may or may not have a bone. Those you cook like baby backs.

The other cuts you would cook like you would the cut of meat it comes from. So check with the butcher as to where the country style ribs were cut from.
