My first pork ribs

This is the first time I am trying pork ribs is the smoker. Using cherry wood and Costco sweet mesquite seasoning on ribs from the butcher. I also got a pre seasoned pack of ribs from Costco. Will let you know how how they come out.

I have been using that seasoning for years. It is really good on yardbird ;)
Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

To help the ribs cook a little more evenly next time leave the bottom rack empty.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

All done and they came out good. The pre spiced Costco ribs were alittle too salty.but over all  the kids said they liked them.

Looks great. My kids 12 and 9 are brutally honest ;D. They let me have it one time when I did some sub par poke ribs
