Smoking Monkey Tamales

The Smoking Monkey brought me up some of his homemade Tamales when he came to the MWSO. The Kids and I tried them out the other night. They was pretty Dang Good!!

Start with Frozen block into the steamer



After 45-50 minutes of steam



You open the packet of little packets



Unravel a couple on your plate and add sauce of your choice or eat them plain.



I ended up eating about 6 of these little fellas. Mighty Tasty I really enjoyed them.

I like em smothered with spicy enchilada sauce and some times cheese on top
