Broken Front Top Door Hing

Less then 10 hours with my new smoker and the wind blew it off the table and damaged the top door hing.  Anyone know how to take apart the smoker door?  The little pin must of fell out of its place, cause the door does not close?

Also, the top hing is very loose and sloppy.  How can I fix that?

Any ideas would be helpful.

Call BradleySmoker customer service.  They are a great group and can help **** you thru anything and do whatever needed to get it right.  Especially with it being so new.

I recently had a fire in my smoker and one call to the 1-800 number and I had a courier at my door the next day with a new smoker.

Give them a call, they ROCK.
