Second time this year I have not been able to generate smoke. First time I ended up lighting the Weber and finishing off ribs. I called Bradley the next day and they recommended I open up the generator and disconnect and reconnect all of the plugs. I did that and it worked fine. Today I was starting it to do some brisket and it wouldn't heat up enough to produce smoke. So I opened up the generator and disconnected and reconnected the plugs and it worked fine. Any ideas on why anyone?

Hi Mike;

Sorry to welcome you to the forum in this manner. It sounds like a wire was loose again.

Do you move your smoker around, or disconnect and reconnect the plugs? If so the plugs that go from the generator to the cabinet, or from the generator to the wall may have not been plugged in all the way. Or if the problem is the loose wiring in the generator, check the connectors to make sure the snaps that keep them secure are not broken off.

If you have the digital model did you receive any "E" errors?
