Independent film production company out of Los Angeles will be in Paducah next week.  I know one of the guys on the crew and he has asked me to prepare dinner for them.  Only around 10-15 people.  I gave him his choice and he asked for pork loins(I have been doing a ton of them lately) and chicken.  He asked for dry rubbed chicken.  Hmmm, wonder what I could put on those chickens? :)  Jan makes a killer pasta salad that we will serve along side.

I'm looking forward to doing it.
