Sometime back I saw a posting asking how long BBB could be stored. Well I put 1/2 of mine in the frig on May 19th.  Cut it last night and there was no problem at all. Nothing to even suggest I hurry up and eat the rest of it.

Olds from the taste I would suggest that there is enough nitrates to embalm the stuff for years. But boy it taste good.

I've got a similar experience.  Smoked a but back in early May.  Still goin well.  No runs [:p] to the ER yet.
