Hey yall,
My name is Brian, I live in Pa. I have wanted a Bradley smoker for about 4 years and finally I bought one.  So far I am pleased with it, I have only smoked cheese but plan on doing some deer jerky and salmon.  Look foward to sharing and talking to everyone.

If you have only smoked cheese so far you are going to be in for some unbelievable treats when you start smoking salmon, venison and other meats, like chicken and pork mmmmmmmmmmm  goooooooood.  ;D

thanks guys, cant wait to get smoking again.  We got a warm spell here in Pa. it hit 80 today so no cheese today.
