More Smoked Pheasant

I am getting the brine ready for some more pheasant, I changed my recipe a little and added more brown sugar to see if I can get a little sweeter taste.  I am also going to throw in two quail and two chukars.

Sounds like yah had a good hunt, cant wait to see them Birds all smoked up :)
