Yep be carful. I sliced my Bologna the other day on my 7 " and was glad I didn't use the big one. Went to straighten a piece up at the end and bumped the blade. Now my middle finger has a 3/4" cut about 1/2 " deep. One second of getting in a hurry. So hurry and post but slow enough you dont get careless. Also a great big bonless ham would be best for a big old slicer like that. ;D
