I told Chris that I was about to make some more winter Summer Sausage and he inform me to hold up until I received a package that he shipped to me.

Sure am glad I read through an entire thread before replying.  You would have gotten me...since I know both 10.5 and SS are just enough off plumb to try something like sending a box of snow through the mail. :D
