Sunday, a day of rest and the first day of pro-football all day long.  Needed the proper breakfast to start the day out.
First:

A Tequela Sunrise.

Some of my seedless grapes grown here on the ranch.

A hot buttered waffle, with pure maple Canadian syrup, and my own maple cured Canadian bacon.  Yep, this was a good way to start off the day.
Bradley DS4 with Auber PID and dual element mod
Char-Broil SRG
Weber kettle with rotisserie
Charmglow 5 burner with rotisserie pgg
Pit Barrel Smoker

We the people own this United States Of America, and the Constitution is our owners manual.

This is our traditional Christmas Breakfast.  The only thing I cook Christmas Day is breakfast.  The rest of the day is leftovers.  My Mom called it pancakes.  Breakfast sausage rolled in crepe like pancakes.(best with home made breakfast  sausage)

Got the recipe from my mom, this is how she wrote it.

Pancakes don't have to be perfect.  The batter is really thin so it spreads all over.

When done roll around cooked sausage....makes about 16.

We just put powder sugar on them...you can use syrup I guess.

Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!
