First Sausage

This is my first attempt at sausage other than sticks. Got a new toy for Christmas so I am giving it a go this week. Tomorrow I am running smoke on some Polish. Than I am going to run some butts.

All done after a smoke and a bath. Turned out great. Now to find more things to try.

Butts turned out great. I found that I needs to flip the picks upside down before uploading to photo-bucket.
