Making Vinegar

Wanted to try and make vinegar so here goes, ingredients are, wine, water and vinegar mother

A lot of winemaking suppliers claim to have it, When i was in Massachusetts I stopped here http://www.beer-winemaking.com/catalog/vinegar-starters
