Decided to make some beef ribs and figured I would also try making SiFumar's Easy Crusty Bread (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=31241.0)

Thought I took more pictures but I guess that happens when you drink the beer meant for spritzing.

Here is the dough I made the night before and left it covered overnight.

Ready to go into the oven

Bread is done

Bread, corn, smoked asparagus, and ribs.  Sorry there aren't more rib pictures. Guess I need to start spritzing with apple cider or something else non-alcoholic.

The ribs came out fantastic. The bread? all my wife kept saying, was "this bread is great", this bread is very good" etc.
So I guess we will be making more of it.
