Pog Mo Thoin Smoker

Just bought my first Bradley Electric (76 L Model) from a friend who used it twice. Smoker looks like brand new, all manuals came with it, numerous flavors of wood biscuits, etc. I have been smoking meat/fish for 15 yrs, mostly with a gas smoker (which has served me well). I'm looking forward to learning a new method, and taking advantage of the info provided on this site! I also look forward to sharing my knowledge as well, lots of trial and error before I considered myself 'proficient'. Everyone I cook for loves the end result, so I must have learned something along the way!
