Got them trimmed up and weighed up. Each one a perfect 3 1/2 lbs.


Mixed Habs, basic dry cure with 2Tbs brown sugar, 2Tbs Jan's rub,
1tsp ground mustard. Gave each a hundred dollar massage. Man were they loving it. Ready to bag and the dreaded seven day wait.
