A couple of useful additions to the smoking operation.  I got tired of hauling the Bradley outside so I got on the Craftsman website.  Didn't know they had so many varieties of tool chests!  Found one with three nice drawers and on 4 X 2 casters.  Room for all my stuff, rolls easily and very strong.  $120.00

As time went by, my small meat processing kitchen was getting over crowded.  My wife got tired of telling me to organize my stuff and bought me a storage shelf.  Even though I didn't think I needed one, it sure is handy and it too is on rollers.  $80.00

And last, but not least, a big thank you to whoever posted on smoked chex mix!!  Couldn't find you the second time I looked :(    It is FANTASTIC and just in time to snack on for the basketball tournament games.  Thanks again for posting.

That tool box as a rolling stand is a great idea! I may have to use that soon...now if only I can find a way to make the drawers of the toolbox cool beer... ;D ;D ;D

I can't build a good rolling stand cheaper, especially with drawers.  My time is worth something, some would say not much ;D  Good idea.

I think NEPA was the chez mix smoker. Tried that a while back and it was a big hit.  :)

I thought that's who it was, but I couldn't find his post again to be sure!  Thanks, Iceman.  And THANK YOU NEPA!!!
