Hello to everyone on this neat forum. My name is Jim. Have been watching this form and learning lots already. Hope to visit with many of you and I am sure I will learn lots more. Recently purchased my Kirby Canon and have already put it to work. I hope to post some pictures soon. Again, hello to all.

Welcome to the group. There are some great sausage makers on this site. Guys Jim didn't waste any time when he got his stuffer.  He and his family already cranked out 300# of kielbasa. He is soon going to have lots of friends.

He and his fiance work for the National Park Service out of Yellowstone
So we try to get up there at least once a year
