Fed Sonny this week end,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thats what I call my sweet bread starter  ;D

Fallowed the recipe but replaced the corn oil with un-salted butter (been doin that sense I ran outta corn oil a couple years ago) and replaced the salt (with double the amount) seasoned salt

Kaylee was watchin it snow,,,,,,,,,,,she likes to play in the snow!!

Got the dough in the risin bucket

A couple hr later we got this

Time to punch down and make a couple loafs of goodness

Cover and let them bad boys come to life

Warm up the hot box (most folks call it an oven) and throw them bad boys in for 30 min and wallah!!

Holly Crap this is gooood!!

Thinkin of addin some smoked cheese N peppers next time

How much Butter did you use?

1/4 cup warmed butter

Also,,,,,,,,,,every thing I do is with half of a starter,,,,,,,,,,,,1/2 cup rather that 1 cup
