new to the smoking scene from Toronto

I've always been big on the BBQ scene, decided to try something new....I have the best girlfriend ever, who thought it would be a great idea to buy me the Bradley 4 rack digital smoker.....was she ever right...now its time to master this. There's not much out there I wont eat, so the possibilities are endless, glad to join the group.
