Got A Deal

They were advertising seven day truck load meat sale while supplies last. No limit. I rushed to the store yesterday, they only had 4 butts on the shelf & the guy said that was it until tomorrow, which is today. Heading back this morning, bought the four they had and hope to score big today.

Will be making chorizo & sweet Italian sausage on Sunday.

Heading back now, got room for a few more after cleaning up the freezer. And nope didn't see the truck ;)

Went back and got six more. Made 16 lbs. chorizo this morning & the wife said to go back and get more. Well they were sold out, stopped by another store to pick up a few things and they had them for 98 cents a pound. Got these six more, now I am butt poor.
