Local store had beef ribs on sale. They were individually cut not in a rack.
So I used these items to lay a rub on them.

I poured some Starnes on them, rubbed a number of them with Gunpowder, some with Richard's (thanks Sonny) and not shown - some with the spicy version of Jan's rub.

The ones with gunpowder I put in the SRG.

So I put them in the Bradley for 2 hours, pulled and wrapped in foil and back in the Bradley for about an hour. Meanwhile I put the other ones in the SRG. I pulled them from the SRG, then unfoiled the others and put them in the SRG on high for about 10-15 minutes. Here are the finished ribs.

Made some baked beans and here are the results.

This was the first time I finished ribs in the SRG. I really liked the end result. may have to do that more often when making ribs. Might try it the next time I make pork ribs.

They look real tasty, and I usually don't like beef ribs - good job!
