That's how I did my first CB and it turned out good, but my slab bacon in the vac bag was so much easier. I found the idea just searching the forum, I like to just throw a word or two in the search engine and see what adventure stories it leads me to, of course my list of projects is growing exponentially as a result.

As long as it tastes great your wife will be ok with you taking care of your loins. Mine said if everything coming out of the Bradley didn't taste so good she'd find me a 12 step program.
