Hey ladies and gents!
Wanted to share some pics from my first ABT attempt! Quite amazing lil treats
I was overly impressed but really how can bacon wrapped smoked anything not be delicious.
Went to the local farmers market Saturday morning and saw a bushel of beautiful jalapenos so I knew it was a sign as I have been thinking about these ABT recipes for too long now
just followed some basic direction from the hundreds of variations available and used plan cream cheese to fill the jalapeno and mold hot italian sausage that was uncased into the other half of the jalapeno
wrapped in bacon and into the smoker for 2.5 hrs at 230 with jim beam biscuits going the entire time

came out amazing and were still good a few days after!!
Thanks again to all of you who make this hobby so much more enjoyable with your tips and tricks!

Gotta order myself a proper probe thermometer so I can get on with some big cuts of meat!
