Lots of Venison Jerky

Pat and I made up a bunch of venison jerky today... we will bag these up in paper bags till tomorrow and then vac seal them... this was what was left over from the deer that I killed last year... freezer is now ready for some new... I hope...

Chris the knees have healed to the point that I forget I had them replaced...:)

Sure looks good Gary. I love the venison GB jerky. When done right it is the best.
