Recently moved from Alberta to B.C. , unfortunately in the move my original Bradley Smoker got damaged. It did receive lots of use over the last 2 years!!!!! Checked online at the local Canadian Tire and they had all Bradley Smokers on for 20% off. Had to upgrade and get the digital Bradley. Just seasoning it now and then going to try some pork ribs in it!!!!!

Congrats on your new acquisition.  Good luck with the ribs and let us see how they turn out!

Hopefully it was a moving company that had to buy you a new one and not yourself. If you're cabinet isn't to badly damaged you could probably convert it to a dedicated cold smoker with either a cold smoke adapter and/or an AMZN-PS. Just a thought so it doesn't have to go in the trash

Yep , it was a moving company . It was not put in a packing box!! I will have to have a closer look at it to see if it is at all salvageable. Thanks for the cold smoker idea, wanting to try this, but have not as of yet.

I think you'll love the cold smoking, I just finished 12 8 oz packages of cheese for my family's Christmas gifts.
