Brisket sammy

Hi all  :)

Been a while. I thought i'd pop up a few pic's of a brisket that got a good 10 hour smoke the other day

Started with about 7lb of brisket. Rubbed and wrapped it over night.  Gave it a good 10 hours at 225' and here she is:

Has to be washed down with a cold beer:



Made for some good eatin'!!
