Hi all!

My wife just picked me up a 4 rack digital smoker (BTDS76P) and after reading through some of the recipes here, cant wait to give it a go!
Fantastic forum and great resource for us newbies!

Welcome to the forum from Nebraska.  Lots of good folks here, very willing to help.  Keep your top vent open, make sure you season it as directed and be patient.  Low and slow!!
