Controlling the smoke generator

I'm new to the Bradley. I need help controlling the smoke generator. The instructions don't go into how to regulate the element in the smoke generator! Can Any body speak to this question!

Welcome to the forum.

Please post what model you have, that will determine how you control the heat in the cabinet, and how to turn on/off the bisquettes burner. Note the BS611, the element and bisquette burner do not work independently. Then someone can  help you.
