Hey everyone, my name is Brett, I live in Tampa, FL and I am an I.T. guy for the Yankees. I got a Bradley Original for my birthday this past week. New to smoking, attempted to use a smoker box on my gas grill and ended up catching the whole grill on fire, lol,  so I figured I would get an actual smoker. I am looking forward to looking around for some good recipes and sharing all my mishaps along the way.
