just a howdy from the Texas coast. been smoking a long time . mostly venison sausage but lately have been getting into some bacon,hams corned beef and pastram is. been reading your post for quite awhile now and heaved learned a lot. hope to add to the knowledge someday. hey saber I'm near matador. and thanks for the welcome everyone. by the way after every post do we have to decode the  blurry letters or is this just because I'm new . took me 5 try to register  even with my glasses.

Welcome aboard, the decoding process should disappear after you have made a few more posts can't remember what that magic number is, I believe it's less than 10 though.
