SWMBO wanted pork chops and rice tonight so I fired up the SRG and the rice cooker. I seasoned the chops with Texas Roadhouse steak seasoning and pepper, for the "wild" rice mix I added a little salt and a tsp of Dizzy Pig's new Bombay Curryish seasoning throw in some frozen peas and you've got a heck of a tasty dinner.

Wow, those are great looking chops!  I bet that was satisfying for sure.

SWMBO did request that next time I quarter turn the chops to get proper grill marks. lol

Do that and the Chops will be over cooked and dried out
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!
