Hello All,

Sorry about that Polar Vortex, but we'll save that for another topic...

I'm an excited owner of a new Bradley 6-rack digital.  This forum looks great and I look forward to interaction/obtaining knowledge from other smoking enthusiasts.

Thanks!  I didn't take pics of my first smoke (8.5 lb. pork butt), but I did make smoked pork egg rolls from it.

Home grown bok choy and onions in the mix.  5 hr. smoke with 8 hr. cook at 250.

Can't figure out how to post pictures of the egg rolls...Any help is appreciated.
