Valentine's Day find from my wife (hint: chocolate & bacon)

The wife saw this when she was out shopping at World Market near her work and thought it might be pretty good. It's a great idea but I think we'd have to do it homemade to be really good, they used a cheap chocolate and fake bacon bits. But I'm betting with home made bacon, some good chocolate and some fresh kettle corn it would be awesome.
