Makin' Some Sauce

Time to make some BBQ sauce. I am trying to perfect a recipe I came up with, so this is the next trial run.

I'll skip all the boring pics in the middle (because I got into it and forgot to take pictures). Here are the 4 quarts of sauce jarred and pressure canned.

I bought this today. This year Easter falls on my wife's birthday. Going to have the daughter and future SIL over for dinner. Making  a Hamzilla.
