Interesting group of fun folks, I might like this, however, must admit when work is over I don't spend much time on the computer, weekends usually allow me more time to catch up. 

I just want to say I really appreciate the enthusiasm and support.  Sounds like I found a great group of folks, who don't mind sharing.  I appreciate that a lot!  Like where would we be if nobody ever shared a recipe!

This weekend I will be making my much appreciated lasagna, made the recipe myself many years ago after many delcious challenges.  It could win an award, but I'm not into that...I just like cooking good food.  I haven't smoked it yet, save for the one time we cooked it in a fireplace while deer hunting, (it's better in the oven) but if anybody is interested I can probably find a way to get it to you.
