Hi, i recently smoked a pork shoulder and i was wondering what to do with the juice that i collected. Any idea? Of course, I've scraped the fat on top of the juice the day after.

Liquid gold makes a great base for homemade bbq sauce...

I keep it in frig and when I reheat my pork I put some of that juice with it.

You can also use it as base for a gravy with some flour or corn starch.

Toker, I'm of the add the flavor back to the pork shoulder school.  Dilute the juices I've collected and sprinkle back on the pork to moisten the pork when I heat it up.

I place a pan of Bush's baked beans underneath to catch and they come out awesome!
I have a little cayenne in my rub and it adds just enough flavor
