New Toy

So after looking around for about two months finally found a deal on a new toy and boy is it pretty.  It is basically brand new, picked it from an old employee who got it as a corporate gift.  12 inch blade, 800 series, now to make some bacon and pastrami and put it through the paces.

When I was looking at meat grinders, they had slicers next to them... I had to use a lot of self restraint!

I'd imagine it would work well for perfectly sized strips of jerky too!
