Thanks to all the advice and tips I read on this forum, my first smoked beef brisket was a huge success. It tasted better than any restaurant brisket I've ever had. My family seconds that! Wish I would have thought to take a picture. THANK YOU EVERYONE AND BRADLEY! ;D
