Having long admired pulled pork, ribs and brisket from a far I took the plunge and bought a Bradley digital 4 rack.  I am hoping this is a good way to dip my toes into BBQ.  I went to Austin for work recently and if I can make a brisket half as good as the one I had at Salt Lick I will be a happy man.  Hello to all.

Welcome from Texas, I would bet that you will soon be making a brisket much more to your liking than you got at the Salt Lick.

Awell76, looks to me like we might have to start thinking about a Smoke Out in our area!

Saber, I couldn't agree more about the Salt Lick.  Awell, your brisket should be 2x as good.  And welcome from Tennessee (transplant from the Brisket Belt)
