Got a Bradley Original for Xmas and have just been too busy to get started but am targeting a New Years Day smoke.  Already done some reading on the forum and looks like this is going to be an excellent and helpful resource.  I def bring ignorance to the table!

You're starting at the beginning like everyone else.   Any questions?  Ask here.   Don't forget to season the smoker before you start.
