I first tried out the Bradley 2 rack smoker and wow

So for some reason it cut most of my post off yesterday!!
So ya the 2 rack was a total disappointment went threw 3 units and none worked properly.
Either the smoke generator didn't work or the puck feeder didn't! So disappointing

So we got our money back and I waited for an original smoker to come on sale at crappy tire!
Picked one up a few weeks ago and wow!!!! What in improvement!!

We smoked pork ribs and short ribs so far and they were great!
Today is St Lou's ribs and tomorrow I'm Gina try a whole chicken!!

I'll post some pics if I can figure that part out!!!
