split chicken pics

Basic split chicken with bone. Brine for 24 hours (1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup mortons quick cure, 4 cups water)
weber kick'n chicken dry rub. About 2.5 hours @ 230 degrees. Pulled @ 165. Put babyray's gold and hot n' sweet suace on. placed in oven on broil (550 degrees) for 5-10 minutes to crisp up skin. Little too much dry rub. Bit on the salty side but juicy and delicious none the less.
