Trying to decide on which unit to by.  I have a bbq guru pif and was wondering if it would work on a digital smoker.  Also wondering on time limits to digital timers.  Appreciate comments.

i believe the bbq guru would work on the digital, However if you already have a controller,.... save your money and go with  the non digital... if you are  doing large quantities of meat... 25 - 30 lbs of meat on a  regular  basis... or need hanging  room for sausages.. go with the  6 rack

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure what you mean the BBQ Guru pif. All the guru's with the exception of the PartyQ and maybe the Nano, will work with the digital or original Bradley; when used with the Raptor made by BBQ Guru.

Once you have the cabinet hooked up properly to your model guru, you don't have to worry about the time limits on the digital smokers.
