Smoker not working

Hi all

I pick my smoker yesterday and trying it out today and the besquettes will only advice when you push the button but won't advice every 20 minutes it's only one day old has any one else had this problem

Hi Mark;

Welcome to the forum.

Usually with a new Bradley, right out of the box, the problem can be fixed by detaching and reattaching all power cables. Make sure they are seated properly.

It would also be helpful is you state what model Bradley you have.

I have a original smoker Bradley are replacing my generator
They said it's the timing chip that's not working
