Hi,

I just bought an Original Bradley Smoker (BS611) yesterday and very excited to start using it. This is my first smoker.
Also I started making sausages and got hooked into it after I tasted a smoked sausage that I've prepared.
Looking forward to experiment on smoking other food.

I also like to tinker with stuff and it seems that the OBS has great potential. Maybe my first purchase would be a remote digital thermometer, any ideas?
