All, I was wondering if there would be a problem if I was to drill two more drain holes in the bottom of the drip pan,  spaced equally in the bottom.
in doing so I always use a foil drip pan of 9"x 11" filled with water to replace the stainless bowl to catch the pucks and drippings.
the holes in the v pan would not be located where the drippings would  hit the Puck burner plate. I hope you all have in put into this matter?

Why do you want 2 more holes?

more holes so it will reduce the chances of holes plugging up and causing a fire, and possibly not looking so much. (not looking more cooking)

With the 9x11 drip pan I don't see why not. Right now, during long cooks, I will check the drip pan, and sometimes I have to use a metal putty knife to scrape the buildup that is blocking the drip hole.
